Salary £24799 pro rata
Term Part-time – Term Time only.
Perm / FTC Fixed Term Contract.
Required 11/01/2021 to 16/07/2021 (or as soon thereafter
Hours 18.75 hours a week. Monday-Friday 8.30 to 12.15

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our brilliant hard working team, with a focus on working with a Key Stage 2 year group. As well as supporting the class teacher the post involves supporting small groups of children in and out of the classroom, helping to facilitate rapid progress post Covid19 lockdown.
It is essential that the successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of working with children in Key Stage 2.
The postholder will be expected to:
- Support learning activities to individuals and groups
- establish positive, supportive and constructive relationships with all stakeholders
We are looking for someone who:
- will actively support and enhance the strong Christian tradition and ethos of the school
- has very high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and an understanding of how all children learn best
- approaches curriculum development creatively
- is highly motivated with lots of energy, while being flexible, adaptable and able to use their own initiative
- has an excellent attendance record

Essential Qualifications
- HLTA or above qualification (or equivalent)

- Proven track record of Key Stage 2 experience in a school/education setting
